公司前身联利精密五金模具
Named LIANLIPrecision metal Tooling before.
1998年 我公司研制出国内**台机械式单轴模内攻牙机,打破传统冲压件攻丝方式。
Year 1998:Developed the country’s first set of Mechanical Single-axle In-MouldTapping machine, which is abreakthrough from the traditional stamped parts tapping method.
2000年 我公司在机械式单轴机的基础上,历经两年的研究和实践,推出了机械式多轴模内攻牙机型。
Year 2000: base onthe foundation of Mechanical Single-axle technique, after two years’ researchand experiments, we developed Mechanical Multiple-axle In-MouldTapping machine.
2004年 推出伺服马达式攻牙系统。
Year 2004:Developed Server Motor Drive style tapping system.
2006年 公司因业务发展战略调整公司正式更名东莞市拓朴机电设备有限公司
Year 2006: Companyname changed to: Dong Guan Topum Machinery Equipment Company Limited due tochange of development strategy.
2008年 开始相续出口德国、墨西哥、新西兰、巴西、新加坡、越南、印尼等**。
Year 2008: Productsexported to countries such as Germany,Mexico, New Zealand, Brazil,Singapore, Vietnam and Indonesia, etc.
2009年 与富士康合作开发出软轴传动式模内攻牙机,机械分体模内攻牙机。
Year 2009:Cooperated with Foxconn and developed flexible axle type In-MouldTapping machines, the mechanical split to in-mould tapping machine.
2011年 应日本万宝至要求对FT800E系列伺服马达模内攻牙机进行升级,整体技术性能超越国内外同类产品,并被指定为特约供应商。
Year 2011: UpgradedFT800E series Server Motor Drive style In-Mould Tappingmachines according to therequest of Japan Mabuchi Motor Co., Ltd, making the series’ technique at theleading position compared with same type of products in the world. And wasdesignated as the special supplier.
2014年 公司研发出模内攻牙防再损检测系统,并取得****.
Year 2014:Developed Re-damaged Test System for In-Mould Tapping. Obtained Patent for the test system.
